This includes the child’s name, parents’ names, date of birth, class, school name, parents’ contact details, address, a recent photograph of the child, a write-up about the child, an achievement report, proof of related achievements, valid ID proof, and the child’s Aadhar card for age verification. The last date for registration is 11th July 2024.
