SSI requires a Hostel Warden with a background in Sports or Physical Education (Graduate/Post Graduate). You must have 3-5 years of experience as a House Master or Warden in a residential school. Responsibilities include managing morning drills, evening sports, and maintaining high standards of discipline and integrity. Candidates from an Armed Forces background will be given high priority.
