On 21 May 2026, Shree Shakti School of Innovation, Ambaji observed National Anti-Terrorism Day with deep respect and meaningful reflection. This day is observed in memory of former Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi and to strengthen our commitment towards a peaceful and united India.
WHAT We Did
Students participated in a special assembly where they took a pledge against terrorism and violence. Through simple stories, discussions, and activities, children learnt the importance of peace, tolerance, and emotional strength in daily life.
WHY This Day is Important for Our Children
In today’s world, children need to learn early that real strength lies in peace, not aggression. This helps them develop better emotional control and respect for others. At SSI, we focus on building inner peace which supports the Manomaya Kosha (emotional layer) and Vijnanmaya Kosha (wisdom layer) of our Panchkosha philosophy.
HOW Parents Can Support at Home
- Have open conversations with your child about kindness and resolving conflicts calmly
- Teach them to say “No” to bullying or negative peer pressure
- Be a role model of peaceful behaviour in front of children
- Encourage activities like yoga, breathing exercises, and storytelling that bring calm
When school and home give the same message, children grow into responsible and peaceful individuals.
